Lawyer Arianan Koci wrote on Facebook that he knows Minister Nenad Ricalo only as a figure but has heard your good words about him, writes Periscope.

He says he's not an ocular witness in any act of Ricalo, but as he puts it, he has spoken and, according to him, the eyes' claim must be taken in by justice.

Minister Ricalo knows him as a figure. I was born in Pristina, and as a person who is very curious, communicative and socialist, I know most of the problems. I know Pristina Serbs too. The good who are the majority, and those who have abused the first time and war, have committed the worst of crimes. Let's go back to Ricalo. For the Minister I've heard bad words.
