Lawyer Arianan Koci wrote on Facebook that he knows Minister Nenad Ricalo only as a figure but has heard your good words about him, writes Periscope.
He says he's not an ocular witness in any act of Ricalo, but as he puts it, he has spoken and, according to him, the eyes' claim must be taken in by justice.
Complete Koci Post:
Minister Ricalo knows him as a figure. I was born in Pristina, and as a person who is very curious, communicative and socialist, I know most of the problems. I know Pristina Serbs too. The good who are the majority, and those who have abused the first time and war, have committed the worst of crimes. Let's go back to Ricalo. For the Minister I've heard bad words. My hand in my heart, I'm not an eyewitness to any Rikalo criminal action. But the Seer spoke. And never did this look of mine, not speak ill of Bana, assistant in the Phalucate Educates in the 1990s. He didn't even talk about Chesa. No bad talk about Dejan or Sasha. But he's talking about Rizzon!
He also spoke of Bosco and Grba.
He talked about Mara too. However, village words are not the basis for the minister's condemnation, but are a solid legal basis for the investigation. As for Minister Ricalo himself, he has moral responsibility to declare himself. If the case eventually goes to court, he can be protected in silence. He might even be innocent. But before public opinion, as minister, he has a moral obligation to declare himself. He cannot quietly defend himself whether he is guilty or innocent!
