A photograph dating back to 1979, when Kosovo was part of the Yugoslav Federation and when Yugoslavia was led by Josip Broz Tito, has been published by the media.
On one of Tito's visits to Pristina, at the “Grand”, artists, then famous in Kosovo, had the chance to meet the Yugoslav leader.
Among the artists seen in the photo are Sabri Fejzullahu, standing before Tito's feet, excited and laughing, Melihate Ajeti, right next to Tito, Nexmije Paganusa, Ljiljana Cavolli, Gazmend Palla and Venera Mehmetagaj.
Also seen in the photograph is former head of the Kosovo Autonomous Socialist District, Xhavit Nimani. /Periscopi/
