- The transition to management responsibility, from the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, to the National Scientific Research and innovation Agency (AKKSHI), to the Directorate of Government Services, state real estate, apartment No.15, No.16, No.17, No.18, located in the building No.57, on the “boulevard Zogu I”, Tirana, according to plans linked to this decision, to be given in use and without reward, as working facilities, former presidents of the Republic of Albania.
- Property defined at point 2, of this decision, is added to the list of the DSHQ real estate inventory, adopted by the decision No.1058, the 167.2008, of the Council of Ministers, modified.
- The Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth, the Directorate of Government Services and the director of the Albanian Republic of Albania's real estate for following and implementing this decision are being loaded. This decision goes into effect immediately and is published in “Official Font”.
