“Shpend Ahmeti would have to end up behind bars”

PDK branch chief Lirak Celij has accused the mayor of committing numerous violations regarding the “Kundrina” complex, of which, according to him, the Shpend Ahmeti law would end in prison.

The legal violations made by Shpend Ahmeti according to Clyaj are the failure to get approval by the Municipal Parliament for the project of the “complex, Codrina”, and another violation is the announcement of the international competition without municipal approval.
