Good luck: Albanian-language speakers don't necessarily know pieces of speech

On the second day of the Albanian Language, Literature and Culture Seminary has been legalised about the subject “Conversion and the concept of the wording theme”, with what it is noted that language speakers are not necessary to know which part of the lecture they used.

This has been explained by the director of the seminar, Behemman Pacarizi, at the same time professor of university, who has said that out of 100 candidates to register in the Albanian Language Cathedral, fewer than 30 percent of them fail to identify legal parts.

And according to him, this presents no problem, since, as he says, candidates can write essays in which various forms of background apply, based on predigma.

“The primary objective of speakers is the communication and not the grammar that serves to communicate more easily, not the goal of grammar, but the meaning. A survey of candidates to register in the Albanian branch turns out that less than 30% of candidates out of 97 total have managed to identify the parts of the lecture, they understand when talking to them, they understand and know how to return, they know language, but they don't know what part of the lecture they've used, and not necessarily needs to, just understand the other”, he said, the KP reported.

Professor Parisi mentioned the moment of the theme and stopped at the formation of new words. According to him, forming new words without changing form is a different process, but equal to the ways of the wording that are expressed with morphine margins.
