Graduate at M Illustration Academy The ICA MFA, Edon Muhajeri, has presented the diploma theme for the ancient Albanian alphabet, which he presented with a digitised font called Albanian Helveca.
The purpose of this project is to promote the use of this alphabet and its use. He won a full scholarship for studies at this prestigious academy in Maryland, and this year he graduated from the master. During his studies, he took an interest in ancient writings, and the study of cars used for writing in previous centuries.
His studies led him to the Albanian Education Museum, where he found a script with the ancient Albanian alphabet published in 1844, which was thought to have been lost and has since been replaced by the Latin alphabet we use today. Since his discovery, Mujarrier has decided to re-sign the alphabet with a more understandable style for readers, broadcasts Kosovas.
Albanian is one of the oldest languages in Europe, dating back to 5,000 years, but the writing was in short supply until 1844. Thanks to his findings, the student from Kosovo has received an invitation from the Albanian prime minister to introduce his discovery.
