Iranian president has warned that he will resume his nuclear programme “within hours” if the United States imposes more new sanctions.
President Hassan Rouhan said his programme would be more advanced than that of 2015. Iran banned its nuclear activities after an agreement with world powers and said US unilateral sanctions on ballistic missiles violate the deal, the BBC reports.
But the United States of America has claimed Iran's missile tests have violated UN resolution
The resolution approved the agreement and called on Iran not to undertake any activity related to ballistic missiles designed to carry nuclear missiles.
While Iran says the launch it has tested is not designed to carry nuclear missiles, insisting that its nuclear programme is completely peaceful.
