The importance and authenticity of young Kosovo boy's artistic works are always praised by global criticism. His last two prizes, the special one in Venice Bienenale and the Mario Merze Prize, have led Petriti to be one of his generation's most controversial artists, currently.

V ICE has recently placed Petrit on the list of eight artists who must be watched in the Venice Bienenalen, for those who visit this artistic organisation representing over 80 countries of the world.

V ICE writes that it is worth watching over carpets made by Petriti and his mother, exposed from the entrance of the Arsennales in Bienal, follows KultPlus.

V ICE shows how Halilaj's work also has the burden of Petrit's reality, which as a child had to leave Kosovo for war reasons.
About 120 artists are invited every two years to Bienale to introduce themselves to about half a million visitors who come to the Venice Bienalen over six months. V ICE has thus chosen Petrit among eight artists who are on the rise in their career.

Guan Xiao from China, Pauline Curnier Jardin from France, Mariechen Danz from Ireland are among the other artists involved in the list. / KultPlus. com
