The times when a movie is filmed are the most beautiful in the lives of actors and directors, despite challenges and difficulties in achieving characters or building events. Some white and black photographs carefully preserved by the Fatballar Marko scan show us interesting moments from one of the most spoken films at the Albanian cinema “Plumba Emperor”.
Under the director of Mevlan Chanaj, this film tells the story of a young man from southern Albania who heads for the capital for a better life. During the day in Tirana, Italy's emperor was expected to come, and the country was buzzing with the noises of military vehicles, but also from sensational preparations. Meanwhile, his brother's execution had also been arrested, since he was involved in the antiphastic movement. His wisdom moved him to make a decision to shoot at the emperor.
Dressed in a black coat, hat and a cigarette in his hand talking to the film director, we're shown by the late Sander Prosi. They must be on the main boulevard of Saranda City. The picture was taken in 1979. In another picture, the director prepares for shooting the young protagonist in this Kastriot Caushin film (Vassil Laci).
It appears next to the camera in several pictures of the director Paul Cooke. In another picture, Sander Prosi comes out smiling next to Paul Cookes with a cigarette he doesn't take off his lips. In other roles in this film, actors Vangush Furxhi, Lisa Laska, Robert Ndjenika, Lec Shllaku, Star Demner, Renis Hyka, Marko Bitraco, Agim Kyrizi, Jorgac Tushe, Spiro Stratti, Alexander Pogace, Rezarta Vincani.
