Skenderbee's leading Haggigrapher, Marin Barlett, constantly mentions the geographical concept of two Debratı, writes Conica.al.

According to Kasem Bichok's studies, the term in question should not be confused with the modern administrative concept of Debar.

He maintains the view that Down Below Debar included Pollog until Skopje, as the Upper One went to the vicinity of the monastery.
