Faik Konica for Albanians: Wild and beast, enemies of themselves

Faik Konica is known not only as one of the best publicists but also as the man who in all possible ways demonstrated not only the reality in which Albania was located but also what lay ahead.
Konica's mode of communication is direct, as straightforward as sometimes it is even frightening to the way it conveys and the reality it contains.
So is this scripture that Konica.al has reserved for you, where Konica himself has spoken of the Albanians' great opinion that Europe is what it will bring to light, while it is the very opposite. Here's the full post...
How foolish, what humiliation and crime have been committed in the name of poor Albania!
Poor Albanians expect Europe to come today or tomorrow to escape. It is necessary to say, to cry out to the truth: Europe has to be fierce and lost... So let's tell the truth, always the truth... try to breathe a little life of courage.
Know that in the eyes of civilized Europe, we are backward, and nothing more; Some mock us, some ridicule us, some of them sorry. Give up, I tell you, we're dust clowns.
Shut up, lie down, get together. The way that leads to honor, and to freedom, and to salvation, is not paved with flowers, but with thorns. He who reaches the roof comes to be torn, sweaty, and bloody. When he reaches the height, he falls dead of the weary, but knowing that he has opened a new way to the people.
Seeing and listening, the world learns minds and builds up. We Albanians, we take lessons; mountains shake and slide, we don't trade our way. Keep well what I tell you: In one hundred years, as we are, we shall be as low as we are today.
Albania's bravery is not gold, it's tender... however great it is in itself, is small in the causes that light it. For a robbed kid, for a distorted word, and many times without even knowing why, Albanians take up arms, jump, get killed.
But people who get killed for [the] interest and false stories are cooled off and afraid if they need courage for any good thought, for any real and general benefit...
They're not afraid of the bullet, they're shaking at Valiu! True bravery is what is put into the service of right and Homeland in the service of general benefit. Others are work of cruelty and animal life, not of bravery.
The people are patient, yes, even to one point; and when they understand and take hold of it, their wrath makes ugly wonders.
The misery of Albanians has been all the time chasing individuals and not following ideas... Albania's story is complete with such similar evidence.
Let's try our best to heal Albanians out of love for individuals. They must learn to love Albania rather than please this Albanian or Albanian one.
The ideal solution would be for Albanians to eliminate Oriental influences permanently, severing any ties, religious, moral or literary, either Byzantine or Turkish.
But that was a good thing to do right away. The solution would be feasible if our ancestors had long prepared it for us; then we would have to prepare this solution for our future grandchildren.
Albanians are a nation they like to praise themselves for. As our folk-crowdings say, the Albanian nation is the first by thought, by its behaviour and bravery. If Albanians were not the worst nation, but simply a foolish nation, they would have come out of their black day in time.
Albania's enemies are Albanians, not others. Albanians have written with their blood more than a page in European history.
Of the smallest of them, unrest until the bloodiest wars, the Albanian has removed bows, rolls and empty rifles.
Is there anything more shameful, lower than the history of this nation that, for a little bit of infamy, sells human flesh in every war, and whose will has come from so many hundreds of years of transgression and who commit sexual immorality to strangers, so what was the desire to give two drops of blood for their own freedom?
Albanians love Albania's freedom easily, but stand firm and thus show that they love Albania, show that they are its enemies”. / KultPhoto. com
