The Gjakova City Theatre has started testing for the newest performance, which will also open the second season of theatre. It's a <x0-> Player Tullace” by author Eugene Lonesco, which comes under the director of Agon Myftar, writes KultPlus.
At the center of the comedy, which Lonesco himself has described as an anticommedia, there are three couples who accidentally gather in a friend's home. And among conversations with each other is the absurdity of the work and the difficulties facing people of the same culture.
The actors play on this show: Eddy Kastrati, Edmond Hafizademi, Ylber Mehmeti, Value Pyla, Ylka Lota and Altina Kusari.
Author Eugene Lonesco's renowned anti-drama, “Gullace”, is considered among the masterpieces of the absurd theater. It is known that when this text was first installed in 1948, only seven tickets had been sold in Paris. Of course, the show was canceled. After four years, in 1952, the show was back in the rapper and was successful. From that time on, the show stopped turning away from the audience of world theaters.
At the Parisian Theatre of Comedia, it has been part of the regular Reperator for over 50 years.
