On Monday, the solemn ceremony for opening the works of the 36th Albanian International Language, Literature and Culture seminar has been held.
In honor of this event, over 200 seminarists had arrived, of them 80 language scholars who will present their scientific works.
According to the director of this seminar, Beftman Pacarizi, the workshop's interest has been quite great, but a decision by the UP's Rectorate that presentations and publications made in the magazine of this seminar are not accepted as international works.
That, according to him, has played a role in the slightly more modest participation of seminarists.
This seminar is expected to be open by August 25th, and researchers and students from different parts of the world will be extending scientific sessions in the coming days.
