But, according to Kosovo opinionist and lawyer Azem Vlass, Vuciq in this statement addresses two opinions -- the international one as well as Serbian opinion, but not the Kosovo one as well.
Vlasi says that in the first, Vucic really wants to open an internal dialogue to face Serbian opinion with the fact that Serbia's current policy towards Kosovo is damaging Serbia itself. While Vucinqi's second goal is to leave orders for internationals, the European Union and the United States of America that he is willing to change for Kosovo.
According to him, he is aiming to present himself as leader in the region, causing Serbia and Kosovo to emerge from the frozen conflict that has remained between them since Milosevic's time.
However, Vlasi says that this does not mean that he is willing to lead the process in the direction which completely coincides with Albanians and Kosovo, and in the end he will benefit something for the interests of his people.
The “has several goals at the end of this process of normalising Kosovo-Serbia relations, wants to benefit something. How I appreciate it, it seems to have the goal that in the continuation of dialogue, or an agreement that could be noted as final between Kosovo and Serbia, to preserve the extremity of Orthodox Churches and the property of the Serbian Orthodox Church in Kosovo. Under 2: As the weather has been seen, it has been insisted and insisted by Belgrade on forming municipalities with the Serbian Majority with significant competencies, and in that way Serbia will retain its own power, its competencies over the Serb community in Kosovo”, Vlases has said of “Indexline”
According to him, all of this is aimed at a recognition but will not regulate relations as it does with other states emerging from the former Yugoslavia.
“This aims at a recognition, for Serbia to declare that it does not oppose Kosovo's state entity, normalise relations, remove Kosovo from Serbia's constitution, but not entirely regulates relations as it has with other states emerging from the former Yugoslavia. It means they can insist that the continuation of the talks defines Serbia's interests in Kosovo”, he has added.
According to him, now is the time when the Kosovo side must reflect with much greater political wisdom than it has done so far, as this is a very important phase.
