The formation of the association of Serb majority municipalities is expected to be one of the hottest and challenging points for the next Government, which, after the certificate of election results already, is expected to be formed in the short term.
The Serbian list had boycotted work in the Assembly and Government, as a result of its failure to meet the agreement implemented in Brussels for forming association of Serb majority municipalities.
The same again is expected to be part of the new institutions.
Political analyst Ramush Tahiri told the Tribuna Channel that none of the political subjects that will lead with the Government will have the opportunity to restore association for renegotiation, because it is in the country's interest to meet the rights to the Serb minority.
While political analyst Burim Ramadani said the association of Serb majority municipalities could be formed on the basis of the Constitutional Court's decision.
Ramadani said that neither government dares take unconstitutional action, and thus excludes any other possibility of forming it.
We remember that the Constitutional Court had brought down the Association of Serb majority municipalities, thus identifying 23 violations of the constitution's provisions.
