Storms hit the city all night, and there were massive rains of rain and numerous thunders.
Meteorologists have warned: "Stuhit, localally steep, will continue to move north to England and Wales in the early hours of the morning.
“Although the storms will be relieved from south at night, further heavy storms could once again erupt this afternoon, perhaps focusing on parts of northeastern Wales, central and northern England”, British meteorologists say.
The intensive conditions caused rapid flooding in a coastal village in Cornwall on Tuesday, with about 50 property affected, reports the British medium “Metro”, the Periscopi broadcast.
