Shkumbin Mehmeti, sentenced to 30 years in prison for the 2004 terrorist attack on UNMIK members, on September 6, 2012, had written a statement that had been filed with the Serbian War Crimes Prosecutor, in which he explained his version of how two members of the UN's mission in Kosovo along with him. In his statement, two EULEX and PK's detainees are also mentioned, in Wednesday's action and extradited from Germany.

The Express newspaper, on March 11, 2016, had published evidence of how Shumbin Mehmeti was recruited by Nazim Blace to be a witness in favour of authorities in Serbia.

Blace in a communication that Express had provided showed the War Crimes Prosecutor in Serbia that Mehmet, too, had offered to EULEX) to become a collaborative witness from prison.

The convict for the attack on UNMIK, in a statement he filed with the Serbian Prosecutor, through Nazim Blace, explains his version of the 24 March 2004.

There, it involves the murder of UNMIK police officers and all the other defendants, who were later released from the District Court of Pristina, who on November 9th 2007 pleaded guilty to terrorism only Shumbin Mehmet, until it acquitted Nazim Kadriun, Arben Ahmeti, Arsim Rashi, lives Syleman, Osman Kelmenmen, Florim Ejupi, Xhavit Kosum, Faik Shaqiri, Nermen, Irfan Ademi, Zymbar and Bajram Kimar.

Kiqmar, on Wednesday, was again arrested by EULEX and Kosovo Police, along with Alban Dizdar, the Express newspaper reports. Their arrest took place during an action of raids in several different locations in Kosovo, in search of whitewashing the same case. A few days earlier, in Germany, Faik Shaqiri had been arrested for extradition to Kosovo.

Although Bajram Kiqmar and Faldin Shaqiri had been arrested and indicted earlier for the same case, Alban Dizdari for the first time falls into the hands of security authorities, as suspected of involvement in the murder of two UNMIK members and the attempted murder of two others.

However, Alban Dizdari, like other former indictees, was mentioned in Shkumbin Mehmet's letter. Even for Dizdar, Shkumbin Mehmeti in his statement says that unlike other participants, the mask had not been arranged until the act, named terrorist in 2004.

“Ay we are all gathered together and Agron has told Bajrami to go to a shore that was close to us on the side of Pristina, I don't remember that Faik went by order of Agron or voluntarily went with Bajram, and their task was that if the police car didn't stop then Bajrami had to shoot the police car (I can't remember whether he had to shoot in the car or in the car car). Agron then shouted to Alban that he had not fixed the mask, and he asked that with police waiting for him to stop speaking in the English language, then it was observed that the police car was approaching with the light of the blue on and that it just came near us four to five feet (or even a little farther away) has come out of Alban, X-si and Agroni to stop, the police car was developing a very small speed but it just happened to have slowed us down and it describes the speed and XBr or even though they wanted to speak English, and the first shot, I've been watching the Aprogla and I've just picked up from the Epox, and I've just picked up the Elcopean, and I've got a little bit more of the Elcopevana, and I's got a little bit of that happened.

According to the indictment that was filed against the suspects, who sentenced Shkumbin Mehmetin in 30 years, UNMIK police officers were killed by Kalashnikov bullets. And that's exactly what that gun, Mehmet says in his testimony that he possessed Alban Dizdari, arrested today, involved for the first time in the case of his testimony.

I was armed with a handball, Agron with a joker and a T gun, Florim with Kalash for (and) a joker, and a gun (I'm not sure if there was any), Faith had a Kalash, a joker, a gun, and a gun, Bajrami had 84 mitroll, X-si had a hat with a xyxtore, Alban had tins with a juxor. We've boarded the red Isuzu tropper, Agron has driven, I'm sitting ahead (the reason for my landing in this country was because of security, that I had ball shells with me...”, states among other things Shumbin Mehmeti for the Serbian prosecutor.

In addition to the arrest of Bajram Kiqmar and Alban Dizdar, both from Podujevo, the Kosovo Special Prosecutor, who is investigating the case, has announced that there are seven persons on the run. Including Faik Shaqiri, who submitted German authority to the Kosovo Police on Wednesday evening after being arrested last week in Germany.

The three, Thursday, a day after the arrest, or the extradition, were brought before the Pristina Foundation Court to set up security measures. The special prosecutor has requested their detention, at least for a month.

According to official reports, the case is being investigated and co-ordinated by an international Kosovo Special Prosecutor until orders for arrests and research have been issued by a Kosovo judge. The raid action and arrests carried out EULEX, with assistance from Kosovo Police elite units.

These developments occurred just on the day the Special Court worked.
