This legal right will not exercise anything by which it is giving way to the Certificate of the results of extraordinary elections.
Taking such an action is owed to all voters at the level of the Republic of Kosovo who have voted, as the Centre for Counting and Results has lost credibility and credibility in recounting votes at the polls, the Counting and Results Centre has been manipulating with your votes and violating your rights and my right to go to the one that is dedicated to the”, Imer said via the social network Facebook.
“Putting national interest ahead of personal interest prompted me to take this action to give up complaints with the Supreme Court of Kosovo, so with this act of morality, I hope that even all vote-manipulators who are holy will give up their duties and take responsibility for manipulative actions, namely the co-ordinator of the Counting Centre and Revelations Ahmetaj”, Umer wrote.
Following this decision, the CEC could today make the certificate of early election results held on June 11th.
Unlike yesterday CEC chairwoman Valdete Daka has clarified that if there is no complaint in the Supreme Court, then the institution she heads can make the certificate of results.
