A young mother died of a rare disease that fed on her flesh after she was hurt during a sex game, with her love.
Katie Wilson, 23, went to the hospital with a terrible pain after she hurt her left hand, while she was tied to bed with her boyfriend, Dean Smith.
The doctors first rejected her worries, saying that she had only distorted and sent her home, describing some pain pills.
But the next day Katie was unable to move her arm, which became completely black. So they rushed back to the hospital.
Tragically, Katie had a heart attack and was declared dead shortly after she arrived at the hospital.
An investigation says she had come into contact with a virus “Necrostising Fasciitis”, more often known as a meat-eating virus.
The killer disease can be caused by a small cut in someone's skin, and it can soon develop into a deadly bacteria.
Her grieving family blames the hospital.
According to one investigation, medical assistant Emma Breaux said she would have to be held in a hospital and undergo a major operation.
