While Kosovo and other parts of the Balkans are experiencing hot days with high temperatures, some settlements in Serbia have been hit by bad weather.
A woman has remained dead, and an 83-year-old passer has suffered serious injuries when a tree fell down and fell on a moving car in the town of Novi Sad in northern Serbia on Thursday.
City authorities confirmed to television N1 that major damage was caused by the rainy storm that hit this city Wednesday.
The injured man has been transported to the hospital and is receiving medical treatment.
