The Islamic state is no longer present in the Syrian province of Alepo, since it has withdrawn from many villages, where regime forces have advanced, the London-based Human Rights Observatory announced today.
Human Rights Observatory Director Rami Abdel Rahman stated that the Islamic State has been withdrawn from 17 towns and villages, and is now outside Alepos after four years in attendance, the AFP broadcasts
