The video sender, who wanted to remain anonymous, has said he wants to publish the video to see all of how “an irresponsible citizen steals the phone at the drug store”, writes Periscope.

The video shows that the unidentified citizen enters the drug store, probably to buy something, but as soon as he sees the phone and the attention of the employees further, he picks up the phone and leaves the pharmacy. /Periscopi/
