Lawyer Tome Gashi has called the decision political on extending the detention measure by the Constitutional Court to MPs Albin Kurti and Donika Qadaj Buyip.
In a proposal for the conglomerate Gashi said that unless it were the actions of Albin Kurti and Donika Cadaj-Bujupi, practiced in the Kosovo Assembly Hall, the country today would be confronted with two problematic things such as Association and Demarkation with Montenegro.
” The decision for the extent to pronounce detention to Albin Kurti and Donika Kadaj Buyip is a purely political case”.
If the Demarketing Agreement were approved in the country, Kosovo would lose a lot of land”.
Gashi has also voiced criticism against the prosecutor of the case, after saying that if he has renounced the testimony of Chief Parliamentary Veselin, the whole case should be over, Kosovo reports.
Apart from Vetevendosje, there were also the AAK Initiative which parties are now in power, and if they hadn't done these actions, Kosovo would have suffered many of the two bad things like the demarcation with Montenegro and the Serb majority association”.
The” would be like the spider's network, which Kosovo would make a dysfunctional state”.
Because even under the Constitution, MPs are to maintain the vital interests of the state of Kosovo, and since the next session is Friday, I think that on December 29th the court will suspend the stated detention of Albin”.
Whatever the judge did not act right in this case. Kadri Wessel, although he had an invitation, has not come to witness quality and since the prosecutor has renounced Kadri Wessel's testimony, he has had to not hold a hearing on this case at all”, Gashi has concluded.
