Former Yugoslav Intelligence Service member Bozidar Spasac found some unuttered for the Acripat and other intelligence service members involved in various crimes.
Our “Public does not recognise this, but is not just the world of Belgrade and Montenegro committed by the service. We had engaged the elite members of the underground in Sarajevo, and also in Zagreb, Ljubljana... According to him, Giska was a highly respected Belgrade underground member who made a number of mistakes in the country.

Speaking of the Arbean, he says Zeljko Raznatovic was recruited through the Montenegrin secret police, reports “Kurir”.

When asked whether the Serb underground had its boss, Spasac says:

As members of the crime world say, there has always been a thin line of security for the strong.
In his words, our intelligence was going through Germany's school.
“Dradan Malechev Tapi built his first career in France and you can imagine that he, as someone who was 18 or something, started counterfeiting Belgrade-Paris tickets and you can buy a ticket for 10 marks, which he sold the most expensive one, where he built his image on this”, he says.
He emphasises that Tapi was very close to services and that he came in contact with the Service thanks to Giski.
“In the evening he came to a meeting with me panicked, then showed me how someone saw him in a building in Ljubljana was sitting and planning to break up Yugoslavia”, Spasac said.
