Top secret of the Soviet Union on mind control experiment

During the Cold War, both Soviets and Americans were conducting a very unorthodox research in an attempt to gain superiority over each other. Research like this leads to programs like MKU TRA and the Stargate program of the United States. Few have been published regarding the prepsychological research of Soviets, which they call psychology. However, a report by Serge Kernbach at the Robotic Advanced Research Centre and Environment Science in Stuttgart, Germany sheds some light on Soviet research.
His report includes a number of Russian technical reports ranging from 1917 to 2003, which provides some mirror in the kind of research the Soviets were conducting.
Mind Control Experiments
Surprisingly enough, the report shows that Soviet programs were very similar to American programs that focused on mind control, distant vision among others.
In this report, Kernbach points out that this research was “in terms of the impact of weak and strong electromagnetic emissions on biological objects, quantum displacement in macroscopic systems, non-local signal transmission based on the Aharonov-Bohm effect, the “human examiner”.
In some cases, it seems that Soviet research and then the use of this research actually promoted a number of American projects.
For example, research by Soviets on electromagnetic emissions in biological objects was the direct reason the Pandora Project was conducted in the United States, reports “Locking”, Transmission Periscope. The Pandora project was the study of America on the short and long-term effects of microwaves with low intensity on living things.
America started doing this research when they discovered that someone, more than Soviets, was bombing the US Embassy with low-intensity microwaves. The practice of introducing the low - intensity US Embassy was almost certainly a result of the Soviet idea that the brain could receive high - frequency electromagnetic waves.
Not only have the Soviets studied the idea that this energy can affect the human mind but it can also have an impact on other objects. This belief had given him the idea of nebulation as a weapon of spying.

As Americans were implementing the Stargate program, the Soviets were studying clear vision and how distant vision can be used to manipulate or use different energy to collect information. Kernbach points out one of the Soviet documents that say the research focused on “time information collection methods, in addition to traditionally recognized”.
Although this report sheds light on Soviet psychological programs, the document is of no value to an important factor: research results and experiments.
The report claims that many of the experiments produced positive results. Moreover, the fact that the Soviets put into practice some of the research, such as the U.S. Embassy bombing of low-intensity microwaves, is evidence that some positive results have been converted by experiments.
However, all documents containing the details of the results remain largely classified. In addition, any documentation that would indicate that this research has continued after the Cold War is also unavailable.
He does not deny that the Cold War promoted some of the most bizarre experiments, and in some cases more humane, science. It has also not denied the fact that there may be much more for both programs that have not yet been released.
However, from Kernbach's report it is easy to establish that the Soviets were right on the same level, or perhaps even earlier, with the United States, when it came to prepsychological/psychological research. However, until more documentation is released about the Soviet Union's psychological program, we can never know exactly what this program has done./Periscopi/
