The Electoral Panel for Ances and Parashtera has reviewed and placed all appeals submitted against the CEC's decision to announce the final results of the October 22nd municipal elections and the second round for mayor of the municipalities held on November 19th.
PZAP over appeals submitted by the Democratic League of Kosovo (LDK) has decided as follows:
- a) The appeal for the municipality of Pristina a part of the appeal has been cast as illegal, and part of the appeal has been rejected as unfounded,
- b) Appeal to the municipality of Dragas has been rejected as unbased,
- c) Appeal to the Kamenica municipality has been thrown off as inexplicable.
PZAP over appeals submitted by the Democratic Party of Kosovo (PDK) has decided as follows:
- a) The appeal for Prizren municipality has been cast as illegal,
- b) Appeals for the municipality of Rahovec a portion of the appeal has been cast as illegal, and part of the appeal has been rejected as unbased,
- d) Appeal to the municipality of Cline has been rendered illegal.
The appeal submitted by the independent candidate for mayor of the Shtime municipality has been cast as illegal.
Against these decisions, complaints are allowed within twenty-fours (24) hours from the moment the party's accession to the Supreme Court of Kosovo. The Supreme Court must decide on complaints within 72 hours.
