Periodial Editor: Hashim Thaci's leaving by Special Court, risk of political turmoil

The Special Court has become a nightmare for many Kosovo politicians. It is expected to start working and make the first arrests since the first months of 2018. And the more the days go by, the more nervous it gets. This court is based on a report prepared by the rapporteur at the Council of Europe, Dick Marty. It discussed something monstrous as organ trafficking, and among those mentioned was Kosovo's present president, Hashim Thaci. When the report was released, veterans' representatives, but even militants of the war parties, staged a highly aggressive campaign against Marty, calling him a man linked to Russia and Serbia, anti-Albanian, etc. In the early days and weeks of that report, the charges sounded fiction, even the biggest opponents of politicians who produced them. But this perception has changed radically. The Governments That Made The PDK were terribly corrupt, which also destroyed the soul of a large number of people. Misuses that were able to do and provincial thinking in action, as proved by the Aphera Proto, did not allow space for such people to think even of general interest. So today there is only silence and misunderstanding for the Special. No one protects these politicians, excludes militants who could have linked them to the bonds of interest. If they could be so cruel in dealing with state institutions, they could also do the things Marty described, says logic.

Thaci would rather than ever have a large civic support. Or, a support from all political parties in the country. Or, at least, a better image as a politician in the relationship with internationals. Corruption, nepotism, the logic with which he has extended his power, although they may have been thought of as wise, curvature movements by him and the people around him, in fact, have ruined him politically. He finds himself today among the consequences of his deeds. Amid the confusion that created his failures, perceived as successes. And that's why, it's because of the fear of the Special, and the altering of the disk is quite natural. He has realized that he has been a caser in politics, out of the extraordinary circumstances of war. A leader whose failures the entire country currently suffers. Today, Thaci carried a flawed word in front of a halved parliament that reminded him that he was not a man of unity but of division. A sad speech, rather than arouse hope and enthusiasm for greater work in the coming year, gave the feeling that they were in a pre-apocalypse phase.

In these cold December days, war veterans' representatives have come to various locations to collect signatures against the Special Court. They were also stationed in front of dormitories in Pristina where thousands of students are located, many of whom were not even born at the time this court will deal with. But these self-representative veterans have lost people's support, as have their promoters, including Thaci. Now, the abusers only have each other and are trying to continue to poison with their own weakness, and others: they want to increase the customer network.

Thaci stated weeks ago that he was deceived by <x0 sub-international” regarding the Special Court. Taking into account the logic that has been outlined to the PEAfera Protoï, it can rightly be judged that Thaci has tried to negotiate a personal rescue agreement from that court. His departure from the court's prosecution had begun several years earlier, when he had declared an international television that he, in fact, had not fought, had no weapons, had dealt with politics amid the shootings of war.

Thaci and Wessel can prove in the coming months to cause unrest in Kosovo, if they cannot secure themselves a rescue destiny. This is also evidenced by the petition veterans are making. But also through their rhetoric. Citizens should not support this company. They were responsible for its creation, just as they were responsible for apprehending the judicial system by seriously affecting the constitution that requires the division of powers.
