Serbia's Construction Minister Zorana Mihajlovovic said Serbia will start building the Peace Highway, as Belgrade calls it, from Nis to Plocnik, which, according to her, will cost about 212m euros.
According to Belgrade media, it has indicated that the first part of this project will finance the Investment Bank and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, Koha.net broadcast.
