It has been photographed by citizens during an embarrassing moment of urinating in a decorated tree near the Parliament. Democrat MP Flamur Noka appears to have gone unregulatedly in the opposition protest. It has been photographed by citizens during an embarrassing moment of urinating in a decorated tree near the Parliament. The scene has not been pleasant for those present who are indignant at this behavior of the Democrat lawmaker. It is not known whether water or alcohol caused this emergency, but the MP apparently has not endured performing personal needs in public. Farther away, Balliu junior has been cheering. ( TemA)
