MP Albulen Haxhiu has said that her MP colleague from Vetevendosje, Donika Kadaj-Bujupi, who is in custody, is being barred from communicating with her family even via telephone, which she claims is contrary to human rights.
Haxhi has appealed to organizations that monitor prisons to try to stop her, as she has called it torture and injustice, writes Periscopi.
Haxhi's complete comment:
Besides that Donika is being held unjustly in custody, it is also forbidden by Judge Kaluldra's decision to telephone with family members, husband and child members, and as well as by Kaludre's orders to stop against human rights.
This is unacceptable and scandalous!
I prefer to organizations that monitor prisons to appeal for the prevention of this torture and injustice!
