Energy production is back at risk.
The disagreement between residents and KEK over the mode of expropriation has forced the latter to stop producing some generators and import energy from Albania.
Residents say the management of this company is violating the deal by changing many of its points and that the same are harmful to residents.
Residents sought to meet with the prime minister, but failed.
The KEK has not agreed to complaints with residents.
Officials of the company say they are respecting the agreement under the decision issued by the government.
However, they agree that, in the inability of access to those properties, they are working with only 2 blocks and importing some of the energy from Albania.
