For several hours since last day, rain rains have caused floods throughout the country, paralyzing the movement of people and vehicles.
Civil Emergency Chief Shemsey Premci has called on residents threatened by the 2015 floods.
In a proposal for <x0News 24”, Premci has provided information on the latest situation created by floods and areas that are at stake.
Referring to recent data on weather forecasts, he suggests that some of the rivers in the country are expected to come out of bed, creating a problem not only for circulation but also for flooding nearby areas.
“The situation has been the most problematic in Tirana and in the Vlora-Tirana road axis and Vora-Thumana.
There was water presence in the Gjirokastra-Thuman axis, as there were water presence up to two meters in some businesses.
