The charges burden them with violating the rules of international humanitarian law and the Geneva Convention for the protection of civilians during armed conflicts.
Indictees at the Luke site near Vlasenica in July 1995 have stopped a convoy, in which Bosnian civilians were evacuated after the fall of Srebrenica.
They have robbed the valuables that the persecuted had with them and then violently separate men from women, taking away at least 20 men who shot them on the night between July 13th and 14th, while raping women, Kosovo Press broadcasts.
