According to the DA, the foreign minister believes in normalising relations with Serbia, arguing that the Kosovo side for several months has not responded to any Serbian provocation and has allowed the arrival of Serbian politicians in Kosovo, broadcast news.
As far as Serbia's controversy on a possible partition of Kosovo is concerned, Pacolli has said that when borders have been changed he has already completed.
Asked about relations with Russia, he has declared that Kosovo is a small country and must have friends everywhere.
We don't select blocks east or west. We need an open horizon. We are a modern country and want to live in a modern world. We have nothing against Russia, it's a state we value and we'll make sure we have good relations with this country”, Pacolli has said.
He has said Kosovo will convince Russia it is wrong not to recognise its independence.
