11 members of the Shkodra Police's search-saving group are one of the most specialised teams to deal with natural emergencies, mainly by floods.
They are members of the Shkodra-based rapid intervention force.
Two weeks ago they were on the search-saving stake in the flooded areas from Vjosa to Fier and Vlora. When there are no floods, the team trained by the European Union is trained or engaged in actions even abroad.
The Top Channel camera has been following closely one day's training of this group, under real conditions in the cold, fast waters of the Drin River these days. And what they demonstrate, it's just amazing.
