Witnesses: We received subsidies from the Gjakova municipality without even applying

Now defendant Dzedin Halimi is accused of being charged that between 2007 and January 2015, in a continuous way, by exploiting the serious financial condition of the damaged Xhafer Haxhiu and Arsim Dervisi, with the aim of profiting for itself, has contracted amounts of non-proportional money in exchange for the currently damaged service.

According to the charge, the defendant has given money to the injured by causing them financial losses, and the amount of 170,000-euro injury to Haxhiu, while damages worth 205,400,00 euros, have caused the other injured in this case to Arsim Dervisi.

While, according to the indictment's point two, defendant Halimi is accused of being held in possession without proper authorization of the branding gun “Special Echo” and a four-pound, 7.65 mm calibre clip.

The weapon in question, the same has been found during a raid by police officials at his workplace, with cases even temporarily seized. /Regression/
