The Witness relates how he was prevented from building the hotel from the Ruzhdi Shaqiri group

In the trial of Arben Bashata, Sylejman Bajram of Osman Bajrami, who are charged with organised crime, enforcement and counterfeiting of documents, Agim Humolli, owner of the company “Bacci”, has testified, while also damaged in this trial process.

Humoll in his testimony told of the problems the late Ruzhdi Shaqiri had with accused Arben Basota.

Shaqiri and Bashata the witness accused them of blackmail and threats, while criticising the police for not being involved when he informed them of what he was facing.

Agim Humolli, who owns a land in space near 16 gold in the Industrial Zone in Fushe-Kosovo, land destined for the development of hotel activity, never managed to complete the hotel as a result of the obstacles posed by the now-dead group Ruzhdi Shaqiri.

These problems, according to Hummol, have begun since 2012.

He said that to this day, he is seeing the argument because he has not yet managed to complete the hotel, which was due to be completed in 2013.

Problems according to Humoll began from the moment the accused Arben Basota and now the late Ruzhdi Shaqiri presented the possessive sheet of land where he was building the hotel, the document according to the forged Prosecution.

We didn't have until June 2012, when they were reported to the Arben Basota object, along with the late Ruzhdi Baxi. After about 30 minutes, I arrived at the facility and met Arben and Ruzhdi, shown me the possessive sheet and the copy of those parcels ' plans, issued on a date near the day we met. I'm told we're the new owners. I wished you the land that was in their name. It turns out that some 200 square meters I've been in their share and told me to sell them, but less than 20 gold doesn't do (...)”, said Humolli about the document which from the prosecution allegedly claims to be forged.

Furthermore, Hummolli said he has agreed to buy 20 gold from them, at the price of 400,000 euros, though that share costs much cheaper.

After a few days, according to Humoll, the same has entered contracting relations for the purchase of that part of the land, where it has also given Arben Basota advance in many of the 50,000 euros, on the condition that land paracelisation be made and then continue with payment procedures.

After 2-3 weeks after I paid this piece, there is information that has stopped in the cadastre about their property after it's questionable and that has continued for a while. Arben Basota with Ruzhdi Shaqiri could not have done parcelification”, the witness said.

Because of land failure, according to the witness, he didn't even proceed with payment procedures, where even threats of why he's not paying.

Because of the failure to pay that part of the earth, the witness stated before the court that “has come to the stage as always stands the maximum with those threats of his own, his blackmail and his way, with them imposing on payment, movement around the object, imposing meetings, saying this is our land, always associated with Arben”.

On one occasion, Hummol indicated that the late Ruzhdzi Shaqiri, along with Arben, has been banned from five of his trucks by turning them back, thus damaging the asphalt.

I get a 5 truck to track the asphalt and these guys don't let the trucks get back. In fact, they go to waste because asphalt has a certain period of what it can stand at”, the witness relates.

Continuing his testimony, Hummol pointed out one more occasion when people in question through some workers have begun to destroy his material with hammers and otters.

Although the witness had called the police, he said that “Ruzhi led the police out of there immediately, and police did not intervene at all”, where they have continued the renovation.

According to the witness, he had again called the police and, according to him, the same “went to the objects and returned”.

On the third day. On the fourth day, the police took me and Arben because Arben represented them legally and took us to the prosecutor. We went to the prosecutor's office, I think, and we were interrogated. During the interrogations, Arben presented the possessive sheet issued the day before, without stopping without a cure, the police reported the same. The prosecutor at that time put more pressure on me than on Arben. I insist on why he's not paying you. We've stayed at the prosecutor's for about two hours, no concrete solutions, only with one suggestion: agree! We're out of the prosecution, Arben is on his way, I'm on my way”

And after a few days, Humoll said he got a threat call from the late Shaqiri, who told him: “

These threats, the witness said, have continued for a while until March 2014, they have made a trading contract, through which, in addition to earlier preparation, they have paid another 75,000 euros on the condition that within six months, Basota and the late Shaqiri arrange for all legal procedures in his name.

Now more, according to the witness, the value he had paid them has amounted to 125,000 euros, and to this day these have not fulfilled the paraconstra.

The “Dations have been important, in terms of what I was supposed to do in late 2013 to complete the hotel. It's a problem, and it's a deal, and Pristina has days to deal with my problem with them. The banks have called me to the meeting, they've been attracted to investments, and the object of that day has not been completed, said Humwall.

Hummolli stressed that he will submit a wealth-law request, but that he is not willing to determine the amount at this stage of procedure.

In the same session, following defence request for the release of the accused's domestic arrest, the court's chairman freed Osman and Sylejman Bajrami from this move, but not Arben Bashata.
