Bahtiri says he believes the Court of Appeals will prove the innocence of VV activists, until he has shown that this justice system has never revealed the perpetrators of assault on the Mitrovica municipality.
Here's the complete post of Agim Bahtiri on Facebook:
Punishment of Four V Activists EARLY 21 years of imprisonment, including popularly voted MP Frasher Krasniqi, shows how fragile our state is, especially the justice system, which does not suffice for the FBI to answer that there is no evidence incriminating the accused.
Likewise, our state and this system of justice shows that it has selective and political approaches. The best evidence for this is that they were never discovered, and therefore they were never condemned to the perpetrators of the attack on the object of the Mitrovica municipality carried out with automatic weapons on the morning of June 2, 2016, just hours before the inauguration of the mushroom factory “Hirano Mushroom”.
I've said and I'm saying again that threats, attacks and blackmailes of criminal and Mafia groups have never scared me or scared me of anyone on the right path.
I believe the Court of Appeals will establish justice in the country, testifying the innocence of these VV activists.
