Russian President Vladimir Putin accused prominent British businessman Bill Browder of being a serial “” ) the last extraordinary Kremlin attempt to make one of its high-profile public enemies.
The court documents looked at by “Oobserver” reveal that Russian state investigators have called Browder, a defence fund manager in London, as the suspect following the mysterious murders of three men.
The three deaths are linked to a 174 million-euro fraud, believed to have been involved by Russian officials a crime that was uncovered by Browder's Russian lawyer, Sergei Magnisky, in 2008.

Browder, once Russia's biggest investor, has angered Putin by lobbiing Western governments to punish those responsible for Magnitsky's death. A number of countries have imposed sanctions on individuals believed to have been involved, reports the Guardian”, the Periscope broadcast.
Described by the Russian State's powerful investigative committee, the court documents reveal that the three dead are linked to the massive tax fraud scheme in Russia uncovered by Magnsky, but the name Browder CHA, described as the “capital of Great Britain”, allegedly responsible for their death by the Russians.
The documents, which contain the details of the murder investigation, which occurred after fraud, say: “Determining the circumstances of death of victims is directly linked to examining the facts from Browder. ”
Browder said the most recent to undermine him showed Putin becoming “decoupled” in his anger over the consequences of the case. “Putin is so shaken by Magnitski sanctions that he has completely lost contact with reality”, he said.
The court documents described an update in the investigation of three related deaths, which investigators have experienced “reasons to believe they were violent nature and occurred as a result of deliberate actions”.
A state investigator in April 2016 but who have come to light appoints three men like Octa Gasanov, 63, Valery Kurochkin, 55, and clothing vendor Sergei Korobinikov, 67, who were killed between 2007 and 2008. Broker has not visited Russia since 2005, when it was banned as a threat to national security.
The three men have been linked to the organised crime group, said to have helped ease tax fraud where they have helped transfer revenues to a network of global bank accounts.
Details of the murders are few, but court newspapers reveal that Gasanov was found dead in his apartment in Moscow in October 2007, while the cause of death remains a mystery because no postmortem was made.
Kurochkin was found dead near Boryspil Airport outside Ukraine's capital, Kiev, in April 2008. His death certificate says he died of scross. Travel data have earlier discovered that Kurochkin travelled to Ukraine in March 2008 with other union members believed to be involved in the theft of “money Magnitski”. The return trip was made by all members of the group except Kurochkin.
Six months later, on September 24th, Kobboreinkov died after he fell from a long building “under construction during unidentified circumstances”. The court documents refer to “austerity forces”, probably behind “spontaneous”.
The Magnitski case gained significant priority this summer after it turned out that a lawyer supporting the Russian government's stance had met top figures in Donald Trump's presidential campaign, including Trump's son.
Magnitski's death had earlier prompted Browder to work with the US Congress to approve “Magnitski” Act, which imposed sanctions aimed at powerful players in Russia and was recently adopted by Canada./Periscopi/
