The runoff ends a long marathon of elections in Kosovo, at least this year. Those who have won have won, and those who have succeeded have failed. But losses do not stop only from losing candidates. Kosovo's own citizens are also lost.

The runoff does not legitimise civic will, but largely affects it. Citizens expressed their will in the first round, and there was no reason why they should do so again. Mainly the first to win. Meanwhile, those who reversed the outcome did so through various coalitions often unprogressive. Pre-election coalitions actually became almost mandatory. This constitutes more arithmetic of party leaders than a clear expression of civic will.

And here, too, the high economic cost is to be mentioned.

But, given that in Kosovo election days are held as holiday days, citizens are gladly paying the economic cost. Television covered the election process all day. For one day, Kosovo seemed to be under any development. There were also two polyxite, which, in fact, dramatized even more the election process by offering results that resulted at six o'clock. But they missed him pretty much. Suppose, with Prizren and Pristina. Prizren was won by Vetevendosje, while in Pristina it was much more difficult than for the ex-pollett to predict.

But, given the game played by political leaders in this run-off period, the big winner is released by Albin Kurti, who was the main figure of his party's campaign. Vetevendosje won Pristina, Prizren and Kamenica. While he managed to defeat the PDK, by supporting its oponents, in Vushtrri and Mitrovica.

And that is where the clearest thing we learned from these choices is revealed. Citizens don't want PDK anymore. It has lost a host of municipalities, and is endangered in many and many more. The PDK lost in Mitrovica, Prizren, Kline, Rahovec, Vushtrri, etc. This big fall, it makes the PDK seriously risk its existence, considering that there is no clear ideological profile, and there is no idea of reform and reflection.

Another winner is Ramush Haradinaj. Obilic's victory, Decyan, Kline, Gjakova etc. can be seen as a success for his party.
