Journalist Augustin Palocaj has written about the effects The Tribunal had on these 25 years of existence. Palockaj shows that this tribullal will be closed in a month, with the verdict to be handed to Ratko Mladic's case.

According to him, Serbia has remained unchanged from the work this tribulal has done, being unable to handle its dark past. Even, he points out, Serbian citizens have seen the tribunal as anti-Serb and war criminals still hold them as heroes.

Even Kosovo has had two major cases on this tribunal, towards Fatmir Limaj and Ramush Haradinaj, who had been acquitted. Perhaps it would be good to analyze this piece of ʹ with special emphasis on these processes, and in the cooperation our society offered to this tribunal. The witness issue is a clear symptom that, however, things have not gone so well in our society either.

However, Srbia has not accepted the role of the aggressor as the journalist writes, and here lies the failure of this tribunal.
