The LDK has said it possesses photographs of the graves of people who died years ago, which have “voted” in the second round of local elections in the Istog municipality, reports Inseder.

After counting the vote by mail and on bail, the preliminary outcome of the second round of local elections in this municipality has been overturned in Istog.
