The reason for the annulment to take part in this ceremony is Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj's non-partiality after he has returned to Kosovo because he will meet with US Deputy Assistant Secretary of Defence Laura Cooper today, Kosovas reports.
Only Kosovo President Hashim Thaci will participate in Vlora's activities, while he in Tirana will be organised a state welcome by President Ilir Meta.
The meeting of two governments yesterday in Korca, where 13 agreements of interest for the two states were signed while it is set to hold the next meeting in the town of Pec.
