The file, which contains the evidence of schooling and preliminary work, which on their basis has been justified in selecting 27-year-old Liridon Dervisaj to the position of director of the Department of Finance and General Services under the Agency for Health Financing (AFSH), is not available to the public, Koha Ditore writes today.
The Health Ministry, respectively, has rejected the (AFSH) Health Finance Agency's request for access to the new finance director's file without justification on Wednesday.
The paper through electronic form, as stated in the law, has addressed this institution and confirmed that it has accepted such a request. A few days later they said they approved an access application. When the newspaper team went to get the documents, documents found on the website were offered.
