Haxhiu Albulen: I'm at the apartment, I don't appear in court.

While Kosovo police are calling for Vetevendosje Movement MP Albin Kurti, against whom Pristina's Constitutional Court has issued orders to be brought under obligation at today's session, VV deputy Albulen Haxhiu, who must appear for the same case, is in her apartment.

She confirmed to Periscope that she does not intend to appear on trial, despite having appeared several times for the case.

Albin Kurti, Albulen Haxhiu, Donika Kadaj Buyupi and Faton Topalli have been called to appear in the trial for gas drop in the Kosovo Assembly.

Haxhiu said he will no longer go to this court because the same court (Beqir Kalludra), who has convicted four VV activists of attacking Kosovo's Assembly, the punishment he considers political.

I went because I thought I should face them. But we're not going anymore. It's the same judge who has condemned our activists”, Haxhi told Periscope.

Hadziu did not deny that he could be sent with violence by police to the court, but said the VV has already been used to this. She said VV would not be subject to the Kaluldra Judge.

“We are already used to these actions aimed at persecuting the VV. We will not submit to a system captured as this state. This system operates under the orders of the Pronto”, she said.

While wondering if there is information about Albin Kurt's whereabouts, she said there is no, but suggested he might be at home or in his work environment, such as Donika Cadaj-Buupi of Faton Topalli.

I don't have any information, I believe each one of them is in the working environments, in their homes, in Vetevendosje in the House. We will never submit ourselves to this court, especially not to Judge Kaluldra”, Haxhiu said. /Periscopi/
