The two governments -- the governments of Kosovo and Albania -- are united in Korca. They are almost expected to start the joint meeting, where important things for both countries are expected to be discussed.

But for the inhabitants of Korca and Monday, it is a typical winter day. The city is already overwhelmed by low temperatures and snowfall.

For the joint meeting of the two governments, even hotel workers in the center of town do not know.

Although the meeting is held in an open environment, very little atmosphere is seen before its departure.

Meanwhile, an accident has occurred with Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama's escort, while few have been disclosed by the two Government meetings agenda, which will continue tomorrow in Vlora.
