American Congressman Elliot Engel has said he is happy that the work done in establishing a sovereign and independent state has been crowned with a democratic system in Kosovo.
He has declared that America will always be a supporter of Kosovars, while he looks forward to the day that the state since 2008 was adopted to join the European Union and NATO, Kosovo reports.
