The coalition of NGOs “Democracy in Action” has watched the second round of local elections. By 5 o'clock, according to DnV observers' reports, 427,720 eligible citizens have turned up to vote, respectively, 31.6% of all voters.
Shooting voters in elections in major Kosovo municipalities: Pristina (3.8%), Ferizaj (34.1%), Gjakova (33.4%), Mitrovica (32.64%), Podujevo (28.4.8%), Gjilan (27.64%), Prizren (23.6%).
The most obvious irregularities
The most frequent irregularities following the field voting process until 5:00 are:
The difficulties of voters finding their name on the Voters' List are also conveying this election process.
The complaint regarding the voter list has been reported to 202 seats around 11.4% of the polling. The municipalities where this problem is marked are in Mitrovica in 25 countries, Pristina at 21 locations, Podujevo at 20 locations, in Prizren on 15 occasions.
The family vote is counted:
A total of 116 locations, at 6.5 % of all locations, respectively. They wait for municipalities: Ferizaj in 32 countries, Gjakova and Mitrovica, in from 10 seats, Pristina to 5 seats.
The poll's photo is numbered:
A total of 54 countries at the country level, at 3% of all locations respectively. In the Pristina municipality at 10 polling sites, in Gjakova at 8 pollings, while in Gjilan and Ferizaj at 4 locations.

A total of 29 locations at 1.6% of the deployments, respectively. This irregularities have been more marked in the municipalities of Suhareka and Podujevo, at 4 locations and Prizren at 3 locations.
Voter assisting more than once has been counted:
A total of 27 locations (about 1.5 % of the deployments). They wait for municipalities: Prizren at 6 polling sites, Pristina, at 4 locations, while in Gjakova, Ferizaj and Mitrovica, in 2 places.
The presence of unauthorized people in the polling has been counted:
A total of 21 locations (about 1.2 % of the locations). They wait for municipalities: Podujevo at 4 polling sites, Gjakova and Prizren, at 3 polling places in Mitrovica, Pristina, Istog in 2 places.
Attempts to vote more than once (double vote) have been recorded:
A total of 10 countries, where municipalities head: He was in 2 polling places, while in Gjakova, Pristina, Podujevo, Kline, Mitrovica, Suhareka, Ferizaj and Istog in the 1st poll.

At the 1101 B polling centre at the 01R poll at school “Shaban Idrizi” in the municipality of Mitrovica, a person has been found a copy of the ballot in his pocket, which has been arrested by police.
At the 1906 polling centre and at the 07R polling at the Faculty of Philology in the Pristina municipality, this poll has been temporarily closed as one person has assisted more than once voters to vote.
At polling centre 2704 B at the 05R deployment at school “Mestaf Venhari” in the municipality of Vushtrri one has assisted more than once voters, respectively, in 3 cases.
At polling centre 1104 B at the 05R deployment at the school “Imail Kemeli” in the municipality of Mitrovica, a person has requested new ballot after declaring he voted wrong. The commissioner has denied him the right to vote by refusing to offer him a new ballot. But at this polling centre at the 07R poll, one person has damaged the signature book, marking by X the name of a voter, claiming he does not vote here.
At the 1911E polling centre at the 02R school at “Ismail Cemajli” in Pristina municipality, a person has been allowed to vote with the birth certificate.
At the polling centre 0401D at the 11R polling school at “Abase Andeti” in the municipality of Gjilan, a person has assisted a voter by voting differently from his will.
In the Prizren municipality, people with expired accreditation have been present at the polls.
In the Malisheva municipality, observers are preventing voters from exercising their right to vote.
