According to a document dated October 5th 1955, the CIA agent under the CIMLODY-3 code said he had been contacted by “a trusted friend who served under his command in Europe and currently resided in Venezuela's Maracaibo”.

My friend said that Philip Cirroen, a former German soldier, told him in September 1955 that “Adolph Hitler is still alive”.

Citroen also claimed he contacted Hitler during a trip from Maracaibo to Colombia, where he had announced that Hitler was hiding.

“Citroen commented that ten years have passed since the end of World War II, Allies can no longer track Hitler as a war criminal”, reports “Sputnik International” Transmission Periscope.

Former SS agent also told CIMLODY-3 that he presented for a photo with Hitler.

The person on the right is clearly the person that Cirroen claims to be Hitler” The back of the picture contained the following data: Adolph Schlitmayor, Tung, Colombia, 1954, says the document.

The memorandum also notes that Citroen claimed the former Führer left Colombia for Argentina, about January 1955.

More information was provided by another document of October 17th 1955, which cited “a dateless memorandum, believed to have been written about the middle of February 1954. ”

The memorandum says Citroen told a former CIA base member in Maricaibo that when he worked in Colombia he met an individual who looked strong and claimed to be Adolf Hitler.

The document also emphasises that Cirroen claimed that many former Nazis were living in the neighbourhood “Residentias Colonys”. He also said the Germans living there attended Hitler's alleged <x2nd> of Nazi past idolatry, addressing him as a former Führer and giving him the Nazi salute and the worship of the storm. ”/Periscopi/
