Publicist Veton Surroi has irony with Kosovo Prime Minister Ramush Haradinaj in a writing at the Time portal.
The first issue is that of the large number of ministers and deputy ministers. He builds a hypothetical scene in which the prime minister does not act as he did, but opposes the creation of a major government. In Surroi's hypothetical world, Haradinaj also opposes the issue of pardoning debts and the issue of money he shared for the families of the Kumanovo group.
So Surroi builds a hypothetical prime minister in a version that would be more acceptable and popular. Who knows, maybe Surroi wanted to show how he would have acted in similar cases.
